Laureate head right; c/m: laureate head of Commodus(?) right in incuse circle / ΛΑΟΔΙΚΕΩΝ ΠΕΡΓΑΜΗΝΩΝ, OMONOIA in exergue, Zeus Laodiceus standing right, holding eagle and staff facing Askelpios who stands facing, head turned left, leaning on serpentstaff.
